Seal Chong Wah invites all friends and supporters to help them turn Paddington Green for Halloween.   Bring up to a group of six, or come individually and join a table to pit your delicious brains against each other.  Fabulous prizes for Knowing Things and Best Costume. Fictitious trolls, zombies and vampires only.
