Movie Night - Join our fight for peace!

Join Jordon Steele-John, Brad Pettitt and Sophie McNeill for a free screening of the Pursuit of Happiness: a 1987 film about Australia's ties to the US war machine, set in Fremantle, featuring our own Jo Vallentine. Don Whittington (nuclear activist and former deputy Freo mayor) will also share some of his insights from this turbulent time. Hear how The Greens have opposed nuclear weapons and US pressure before, and how we’ll continue to do so!

📅 Where: Fremantle Workers Social & Leisure Club, 36 Ellen Street

📅 How: Venue is wheelchair accessible with free parking and ACROD bays, and is 300 - 400 metres from bus routes or a 10-minute walk from Fremantle train station.

📅 What to expect: Mingling, brief speeches, and film screening. Drinks and food can be purchased from the bar.
