It's election time again in Nudgee, so time for Big Green Jim's Big Green Bike Ride!
We'll be meeting at Nudgee Beach near the dog park at 9am on Saturday 12 October, and cycling down the bike path to Kalinga Park in Toombul (11.5km approx). A nice easy flat ride, it shouldnt take us much more than 35 minutes and will provide an opportunity to show you Greens pride and support for active transport. We're organising some treats for the end of the ride, and all you need to bring is your bike, your Greens shirt or something green to wear, and a smiling face!
If you plan to drive to Nudgee, we can work out transport for you (and possibly you bike depending on numbers) back to the starting point, or you can just ride back, we'll sort out logistics on the day. Make sure you bring water and wear sunscreen, things are warming up out there.
