Northside State Campaign Launch Party!

Join us for a wonderful afternoon of food and fun as we launch our Greens candidates Jessica Lane for Stafford, Brent McDowall for Everton and Sonja Gerdsen for Pine Rivers!

Brisbane's northside is Green and strong, with Stephen Bates as our Federal MP for Brisbane, and our fantastic Greens candidates Holstein Wong for McConnel, Jaimyn Mayer for Clayfield and Elizabeth McAulay for Ferny Grove. And now we have three more fantastic Greens candidates joining the fight for a better future for all!

Derek Oram Sandy of Yerongpan Dancers will be opening the event with a Welcome to Country, and Stephen Bates will be attending as our Special Guest to say a few words.

We are pleased to be supporting a local business by hosting the joint launch at Wilson Village Bar. Vegan and vegetarian food platters will be provided, but please consider buying an alcoholic or nonalcoholic drink or two on the night. Kids are welcome!

Accessibility

Wilston Village Bar is fully wheelchair accessible, with wheelchair accessible toilet. We will have half of the venue booked for our use, which includes both inside and outside areas, with no barrier between them to ensure good airflow and ventilation. The food provided will include gluten free options. 

The venue is a 6 minute walk from Wilston train station, and 1 minute walk from the Kedron Brook Road at Wilston Village Stop 20 bus stop (routes 335, 346).
